  • A painting maintained on a subframe or rolled in tube?
    A painting will be ready to hang on a wall, not rolled in a tube. (except in large sizes).
  • Does the painting have a signature?
    Yes, a signature will be on the artwork. The artwork has a simple "PP" signature on the front, and on the back, we have written the date and the website name petpalspns.com. If you would prefer that your painting not be signed, please let us know when placing your order.
  • Refund policy after shipping
    1) Guarantee for Lost Paintings If the painting is misplaced by the courier delivery provider, we will send you a replacement piece of art at no extra cost. 2) Artwork Damage Please contact us if your painting is delivered in damaged condition. If the damage is too severe to be repaired, we will create a new piece of art for you at no additional cost. 3) Frame Damage If the frame you ordered for your artwork arrives broken, we will immediately refund the frame's cost or replace it with a new one.
  • Could you change color of clothes, combine a few photo into one painting?
    Yes, of course, you can change almost any part of the painting, as well I can combine several photos into one painting.
  • VAT
    At the final step of checkout, Pet Pals will automatically add tax to the customers' total. It will be Pet Pals' responsibility to send tax information to the appropriate taxing authorities. The buyer, not the seller, is responsible for all tax-related difficulties. It is a common practice in e-commerce.
  • Custom and personalized orders
    1) Send me a message with a photo (a few photos) and your thoughts of the great portrait. 2) You will get a few options for the painting and my comments. We will discuss all the details of your portrait. 3) I will list the item for your with 50% or 100% of the price (as you wish. 4) When the painting is complete, and you love it, we will send it to you. 5) You will get a tracking number of your shipping. 6) You will get the painting after 2-4 weeks of the beginning of the process.
  • Policy on refunds prior to shipping
    1) Modification If you are not satisfied after seeing the painting's photo, you can request changes for no extra cost! If you still feel unsatisfied with the outcome even after multiple revisions, we will of course respect your decision. 2) Prior to process if work on the painting has not yet started. If the painting has not yet been created, we can issue a complete refund. 3) Just a layout has been created. if the painting hasn't even begun. For the painting, you can receive a complete refund. Refunds on design fees are not available. 4) The Painting is ready. You can get 50% compensation for the painting. Design money is non-refundable.
  • Customs
    If you reside in the US, you are exempt from customs duties up to $1,000.
